If Emotional Baggage comes into your possession you have already helped someone lose their Emotional Baggage. In order to lose your own

  1. Empty the Emotional Baggage you received of all its contents. (Do with them what you desire. Suggestions: reuse, recycle, give away, or throw away contents.)
  2. Fill the bag with with items related to your own emotional baggage.
  3. Next time you travel, travel with this bag.
  4. Give the bag (and it contents) away.
