I'm a white elephant.1) An Emotional Baggage White Elephant exchange is just like a traditional one, but instead of crappy Christmas gifts, you exchange emotional baggage. 2) You'll get a fashionable tote.3) Put the emotionally fraught item you brought with you inside.4) Place yours with the rest and then have a white elephant exchange.5) Remember, this is not a bag you keep. Use it for a while, but then pass it on to help someone else unload themselves.
